BIM audit services

We verify that models are reliable, consistent, and buildable. Audits cover standards compliance, model integrity/performance, accuracy vs. design intent, design validation, and LOD maturity. You receive a scored report, prioritized fixes, and before/after metrics so improvements are visible and repeatable.

BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

We author and operationalize BEPs that actually govern work. Scope includes information exchange rules, EIR alignment, CIC BIM Protocol/PAS 1192 heritage mapped to ISO 19650, naming and classification schemas, responsibility matrices, clash/testing regimes, QA/QC gates, and handover requirements (IFC/COBie). The BEP is paired with checklists and dashboards so teams can inspect what they expect.
