Meplex converts laser/LiDAR point clouds into information-rich, Revit-ready BIM models of existing assets—commercial, educational, industrial, hospitality, transportation, and more. Our Scan-to-BIM workflow captures true geometry and conditions, enabling reliable as-built models for retrofit, refurbishment, and renovation. We also support infrastructure (tunnels, bridges) and MEP as-builts, delivering early clash-detection insight, rapid point-to-point measurements, and fewer site visits thanks to complete, high-fidelity scans.

We commonly federate existing-conditions models with new or renovated scopes, so teams visualize the whole picture. Models include beams, columns, slabs, ceilings, internal partitions, exterior/landscape elements, and MEP fittings—with parameters for materials, condition notes, and cost attributes when required. Alterations from architectural/structural drawings—false ceilings, added members, penetrations—are reconciled into the as-built so downstream coordination, QTOs, and scheduling are trustworthy.

Quality is governed end-to-end: survey control and registration, noise cleanup and segmentation, disciplined tolerance settings, and multi-pass QA/QC before delivery. Outputs align to your standards and CDE, with LOD targets set per discipline, plus exports (IFC/COBie) for handover and digital-twin readiness. The result is a millimeter-true model that de-risks design, accelerates approvals, and streamlines construction planning.
